3. Clinical, Pharmacy & Regulatory Boundaries
3.1 Clinical Decisions
All clinical, diagnostic, and prescribing decisions are made solely by licensed healthcare providers. Healthy Sprays does not participate in or control such decisions.
3.2 Pharmacy Operations
All compounding, quality assurance, dispensing, and regulatory compliance activities are performed solely by licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable law.
3.3 Independent Operations
Healthcare providers, pharmacies, manufacturers, and logistics partners operate independently and are responsible for their own professional, regulatory, and legal obligations.
